Around 8:30 PM on Rac\u0142awicka Street in Warsaw, a large fire broke out in an abandoned building, sending towering flames and thick black smoke across the city. <\/p>\n

Fire Engulfs Remote Abandoned Building<\/h4>\n

Around 8:30 PM on Rac\u0142awicka Street in Warsaw’s Mokot\u00f3w district, a large fire broke out in an abandoned building. The building was located in a hard-to-reach, heavily wooded and overgrown area.<\/p>\n

The fire engulfed a single-story structure made of flammable materials. Due to the intense development of the fire and the location of the building, the flames also spread to the surrounding vegetation. Dense, black clouds of smoke were visible over a large part of Warsaw.<\/p>\n

Emergency Services Mobilize and Secure the Area<\/h4>\n

Eight fire brigades, including the City Operations Group, were dispatched to the scene. Police officers are also participating in the operations, securing the area and directing traffic.<\/p>\n

Firefighters have already managed to bring the fire under control. Currently, the extinguishing of the burnt area is underway, along with checking the building and adjacent area to rule out hidden fire spots. According to preliminary information, no one was injured in the incident.<\/p>\n

Road Closures and Ongoing Investigation<\/h4>\n

Rac\u0142awicka Street towards Wo\u0142oska Street is completely blocked. Drivers should avoid the area where operations are being conducted and follow the instructions of the authorities. The causes and exact circumstances of the fire will be determined.<\/p>\n
