According to Junior Officer Kamila Sowi\u0144ska from the \u0141\u00f3d\u017a Provincial Police Headquarters, a 34-year-old driver of a Mercedes failed to exercise caution and entered a marked and designated bicycle lane, forcing a cyclist to brake sharply and change direction.<\/p>\n
Reports indicate that the 48-year-old cyclist then approached the car to reprimand the driver. When the cyclist stood by the front right door, the suspect reversed while steering to the left, hitting the victim. After this maneuver, the 34-year-old drove forward, then reversed and intentionally struck and ran over the victim, an event captured by surveillance cameras.<\/p>\n
