A man published a post inciting a crime on a nationalist-ethnic platform on Wednesday, July 29. According to Junior Aspirant Mateusz Lenartowicz of the Lesser Poland Police speaking on Radio Szczecin, the comment encouraged Polish authorities to kill Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.<\/p>\n
One day later, on Thursday, July 30, the Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Krak\u00f3w announced his arrest. Lesser Poland officers stated in a communique that the content published by the man was uncovered by officers from the Central Cybercrime Bureau while monitoring the network.<\/p>\n
Superintendent Katarzyna Cis\u0142o, spokesperson for the Lesser Poland police, informed the Polish Press Agency that the basis for the detention was gathered evidence concerning the 40-year-old’s social media posts.
