Furthermore, users interacting with AI systems such as chatbots and virtual assistants must be explicitly informed that they are communicating with a machine.<\/p>\n<p>The newly established AI Development and Security Commission in Poland will handle user complaints regarding faulty or discriminatory algorithms, issue individual opinions for businesses, and order the withdrawal of hazardous systems from the market.<\/p>\n<h4>Impact on HR and Recruitment<\/h4>\n<p>HR and recruitment systems\u2014such as automated CV filtering and candidate assessment tools\u2014are classified as high-risk under the AI Act, with full compliance required by December 2, 2027. Employers must ensure data protection compliance alongside robust human oversight.<\/p>\n<p>Organizations utilizing high-risk AI in the workplace must inform employees and their representatives beforehand.
