To date, President Nawrocki has applied the right of pardon to seven individuals and refused it to five.<\/p>\n
The first case involves the remission of a prison sentence. As Kotecki stated, the person granted a pardon committed an offense under Article 212, paragraph 2 of the Penal Code, thus defaming another person using mass media.<\/p>\n
