Donald Tusk criticized the Constitutional Tribunal and Karol Nawrocki in this context. He noted that the Constitutional Tribunal in an improper composition and personally Mr. \u015awi\u0119czkowski decided to respond positively to President Nawrocki’s request, stating that such documents do not require the prime minister’s countersignature.
