The remaining portion of the investigation referred to acts whose perpetrators could not be identified, including the distribution of leaflets and posters potentially undermining councilors’ trust. Investigators also examined the bodily violation of a female councilor through spitting and death threats directed at another local official.<\/p>\n
In these three instances, the dismissal was due to failing to detect responsible individuals rather than a lack of prohibited acts. The proceedings were initiated following a notification submitted by Radom City Council Chairman Mateusz Tyczy\u0144ski, who announced legal steps immediately after proceedings were suspended.<\/p>\n
The extraordinary session was called at the request of the Law and Justice councilor club, with local parliamentarians participating. Robert B\u0105kiewicz arrived with supporters, approached the presidium table, and demanded the floor before occupying the rostrum when denied permission.<\/p>\n
