Warsaw police are hunting for a suspect who violently assaulted a 20-year-old man in an unprovoked attack captured on video outside the Z\u0142ote Taras shopping mall. <\/p>\n

At one point, a third man approaches and suddenly strikes one of them with great force. The attacked man loses his balance, falls, and crashes down the stairs.<\/p>\n
According to current findings, the injuries sustained by the victim were not serious. The beaten man is 20 years old, his injuries were minor, and his treatment did not exceed seven days, stated senior aspirant Jakub Pacyniak, press officer for the District Police Commander Warsaw I, to Wirtualna Polska.<\/p>\n
Police have been handling the case since June. On Friday, August 7, the police issued a statement regarding the matter, noting that since obtaining information about the incident, it has been the subject of proceedings conducted by officers from the Department to Combat Crimes Against Life and Health of KRP Warsaw I.<\/p>\n
Officers stated that current findings indicate the incident occurred in June of this year. Police secured a recording provided by a witness and are conducting intensive activities aimed at identifying and detaining the perpetrator.<\/p>\n
Senior aspirant Jakub Pacyniak emphasized in an interview with Polsat News that the beating is being handled by the department combating crimes against life and health, which is responsible for the most important cases. This proves that we are treating this incident very seriously, he stressed.<\/p>\n
Pacyniak also stated that investigators spoke with the witness to the incident, who is the author of the recording. Before it was published on social media, the case was already known to us, he noted.<\/p>\n
