Russian forces launched devastating missile and drone strikes against Kharkiv and Odesa on Sunday, killing at least two people, injuring dozens, and claiming the life of a Polish volunteer. <\/p>\n
On Sunday morning, Russian troops struck the Saltivka district in Kharkiv. According to regional governor Oleh Syniehubov and mayor Ihor Terekhov, a missile hit an apartment building, destroying the floors between the 7th and 10th.<\/p>\n
The attack resulted in at least two deaths and twelve injuries. Rescue operations are ongoing at the scene because people remain trapped under the rubble in one of the destroyed buildings.<\/p>\n
Overnight, the primary target of Russian forces was the Odesa region, which faced a massive attack using missiles and drones. Local authorities head Oleh Kiper reported that infrastructure facilities and residential buildings were damaged, with the heaviest destruction in Odesa.<\/p>\n
