According to eyewitness accounts, the man first pushed over two parked motorcycles. He did not stop there, however; at a certain point, he picked up a meat cleaver he had laid aside and began striking one of the two-wheelers, which reportedly belonged to a food delivery worker.<\/p>\n
The man’s behavior alarmed residents, who alerted the emergency services. A police patrol was dispatched to the scene, quickly bringing the situation under control and detaining the aggressive 39-year-old. Thanks to the efficient intervention, a tragedy was averted and no one was injured.<\/p>\n
It was later revealed that the detainee was intoxicated, with a breathalyzer test showing nearly 1.5 per mill of alcohol in his system.
