Through local initiatives aligned with the Coca-Cola HBC Group’s sustainability strategy, the company supported Mission 2025 goals while creating lasting value for partners, customers, and society.

Over the past year, Coca-Cola HBC Poland and the Baltics progressed in key areas such as increasing packaging collection rates, utilizing recycled PET, reducing direct emissions, developing renewable and clean energy sources, and expanding support for local communities.

Climate Action

CO₂ emissions across the entire value chain were reduced by 23% compared to 2019, alongside a 12% increase in production volume.

100% of the electricity purchased by the company came from renewable sources, and more than 93% of the fleet consisted of low-emission vehicles.

77% of point-of-sale coolers are now energy-efficient models. Since 2019, they have saved over 179 million kWh of electricity, equivalent to the annual energy consumption of nearly 70,000 households in Poland.

Packaging Management

100% of consumer packaging in the Coca-Cola HBC Poland and Baltics portfolio is recyclable, and in 2025, 41% of the PET used by the company came from recycled materials.

In 2025, a deposit return system was launched in Poland. Together with ten other beverage producers, the company established Kaucja.pl, the largest deposit system operator in Poland. Concurrently, educational campaigns were conducted to encourage consumers to return used packaging.

The company continued its efforts to reduce raw material consumption through packaging weight reduction and optimization.

Water Stewardship

Producing one liter of beverage currently consumes 11% less water than a decade ago.

100% of wastewater generated at the company’s plants in Poland is recovered.

People and Communities

In 2025, women held 44% of managerial positions at Coca-Cola HBC Poland and the Baltics and made up 54% of the company’s leadership team.

The Sustainable Engagement Index reached 87%, with 93% of employees declaring pride in working for the company.

Employee engagement also extends beyond the workplace. Last year, 268 volunteers dedicated over 2,100 hours to social and environmental activities carried out in Poland and the Baltic states.

Since its inception, the Youth Empowered program has supported over 341,000 young people in Poland and the Baltics. In 2025 alone, nearly 38,000 participants utilized the program’s tools and resources.

The Skills4Future platform is also gaining importance, helping young people develop competencies needed for the future job market. In 2025, the platform had over 10,000 active users who earned 3,000 certificates and completed more than 36,000 educational modules.

Nutrition and Portfolio

For many years, Coca-Cola HBC Poland and the Baltics has developed a 24/7 portfolio, offering products for every time of day and occasion. Alongside iconic brands, it also includes water, juices, ready-to-drink teas, coffee, energy drinks, premium alcohols, and beer, thereby responding to changing consumer expectations.

Currently, 43% of non-alcoholic beverages in the company’s portfolio are low-calorie or calorie-free products supporting a balanced lifestyle.

The scale of our operations entails responsibility. Every decision made by a large organization impacts people, the environment, and the local economy. Therefore, we look at development more broadly than just through the prism of business results. It is also important how we achieve this growth. We develop our business while limiting its environmental impact and creating value for partners and local communities. This is proof that responsibility and development can go hand in hand, emphasizes Ruža Tomić Fontana, General Manager of Coca-Cola HBC Poland and the Baltics.

Mission Refresh: Renewed Commitments from 2026

Starting in 2026, the Coca-Cola HBC Group will implement Mission Refresh, a new set of commitments and measurable sustainability goals based on the experiences and achievements of the Mission 2025 program.

The next stage of the Group’s actions focuses on four key areas: climate, biodiversity, water, and local communities, aiming to strengthen positive impact where the company’s operations can bring the greatest change.

Previous achievements provide a solid foundation for the future. Mission 2025 showed what is possible when ambitious goals are accompanied by concrete actions, cooperation, and long-term commitment to sustainability. As we begin the next stage of our journey, we want to harness our existing potential and exert a real, positive local impact while supporting the implementation of the Coca-Cola HBC Group’s renewed sustainability commitments for the benefit of our communities, customers, and partners, adds Ruža Tomić Fontana, General Manager of Coca-Cola HBC Poland and the Baltics.

Coca-Cola HBC Poland and the Baltic states summarize their 2025 sustainability achievements, highlighting progress in climate, packaging, water stewardship, and community engagement.
