The amendment increased the 40-year service award from 250% to 300% of the monthly salary and introduced a 400% award for 45 years of service. Eligibility for these higher tiers applies only to those who reach the required seniority after December 31, 2025.<\/p>\n
Teachers who achieved 40 years of service before January 1, 2026, remain entitled to the original 250% bonus, regardless of when the payout occurs. Conversely, those hitting the milestone in 2026 or later qualify for the updated higher rates.<\/p>\n
