When officers intercepted the vehicle, they discovered the 38-year-old driver had a blood alcohol level of nearly 2.0 per mille and lacked a valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n<p>Alcohol was also found on the back seat of the car. The driver\u2019s 32-year-old wife, who was traveling with their five-year-old son, tested positive for alcohol with a level of nearly 1.6 per mille.<\/p>\n<h4>Legal Consequences for Negligent Parents<\/h4>\n<p>The driver will face charges for operating a vehicle without a license while under the influence.
