A new, separate executive procedure for family and guardianship cases is being established to eliminate legal gaps and provide judges and court-appointed guardians with effective tools. Guardians will gain broader powers, including the right to interview children without parental presence and access sensitive documentation to ensure court orders are enforced.<\/p>\n
The reform also includes amendments to the Judicial Specialist Opinion Teams to shorten the time required for expert reports. Additionally, the proposal removes the requirement for courts to adjudicate fault in divorce cases, aiming to reduce trial durations and focus on the stability of the child’s living situation.<\/p>\n
