City surveillance footage shows an Audi crashing into a Volkswagen, after which the driver and his passenger fled the scene on foot.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses immediately pursued the men. Chief Commissioner Grzegorz Jaroszewicz of the Municipal Police Headquarters confirmed that the individuals were detained thanks to the swift intervention of an off-duty officer and nearby bystanders. No one sustained serious injuries.<\/p>\n<h4>Drunken Driving and Narcotics Seizure<\/h4>\n<p>Police testing revealed that the 27-year-old Audi driver had a blood alcohol concentration exceeding two per mil and lacked a valid driver&#8217;s license.
