Municipal guards patrolling the area near ul. Chodakowska observed a man leaving a gas station acting nervously and concealing an object under his clothing. When the patrol approached, the suspect attempted to flee toward ul. Mi\u0144ska.<\/p>\n
Officers caught the man on ul. Mi\u0144ska. Due to his failure to comply with commands, the guards were forced to use direct coercive measures, including restraint holds and handcuffs, before returning him to the gas station.<\/p>\n
Staff at the gas station confirmed the theft of a fire extinguisher valued at 54.99 PLN. During the search of the 34-year-old resident of Bia\u0142a Podlaska, officers also discovered a glass pipe containing suspected drug residue.<\/p>\n
After police arrived at the scene, the stolen item was recovered and the suspect was issued a fine for the theft. A database check revealed the man was wanted to serve a prison sentence.<\/p>\n
