The initiative aims to leverage the combined expertise of these state-owned firms to assist in restoring critical energy infrastructure across the border.<\/p>\n<p>The signing ceremony was attended by key leadership, including PGE Vice President Katarzyna Rozenfeld and CEOs Ireneusz F\u0105fara, Grzegorz Kinelski, and Grzegorz Lot. Minister of State Assets Wojciech Balczun and Deputy Minister Eliza Zeidler also oversaw the proceedings, emphasizing that Polish involvement in the rebuilding process is a natural and essential endeavor.<\/p>\n<h4>A Massive Reconstruction Effort<\/h4>\n<p>Minister Balczun described the reconstruction of Ukraine as the largest project since World War II, with the World Bank estimating total costs to exceed 500 billion dollars. He stressed that it is unthinkable for major Polish state-owned enterprises to remain absent from this historic undertaking.<\/p>\n<p>The signed letter of intent establishes a framework to coordinate the operational efforts of the nation\u2019s primary fuel and energy corporations.
