The impact forced the vehicles into a concrete utility pole, further damaging two parked cars, a Tesla and a Mercedes.<\/p>\n<h4>Casualties and Investigation<\/h4>\n<p>Preliminary findings indicate that the 49-year-old van driver failed to yield, causing the accident with the 33-year-old BMW driver. Fortunately, no one was injured, and both drivers were sober.<\/p>\n<h4>Consequences and Traffic Impact<\/h4>\n<p>Police fined the van driver 3,000 PLN for causing the collision.
