The incident occurred near the beach in Kalinowo, located within the Pultusk district.<\/p>\n<h4>Rescue and recovery operation<\/h4>\n<p>Firefighters, water rescue teams, and police were dispatched to the site, deploying rescue boats and specialized underwater search teams. The operation covered the area between the Pultusk and Makow districts.<\/p>\n<h4>Failed resuscitation attempt<\/h4>\n<p>The man was located after nearly an hour of searching. Rescuers immediately began cardiopulmonary resuscitation, continuing their efforts for 40 minutes, but were unable to restore his vital functions.<\/p>\n<h4>Ongoing investigation<\/h4>\n<p>Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the tragedy under the supervision of the prosecutor&#8217;s office. The initial report confirmed the victim had disappeared underwater at the Kalinowo beach area.<\/p>\n<h4>National drowning statistics<\/h4>\n<p>The Government Security Center reported that four people drowned yesterday in the Pomeranian, Warmian-Masurian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, and Lesser Poland voivodeships.
