One involves 28-year-old physician and former KO councilor Dawid Kacprzyk, who allegedly collected payment for shifts he did not work. Financial declarations reveal the resident doctor earned nearly 1.6 million PLN in one year through his private business activity.<\/p>\n

On May 12, investigators opened a probe into the suspected forgery of death certificates for 20 individuals at the Southern Hospital morgue. These documents were allegedly signed by an unauthorized person using the seal of morgue coordinator Artur Habowski, who was on leave at the time.<\/p>\n
Artur Habowski serves as the morgue coordinator and is also the president of Pros-Med, a company specializing in funeral industry equipment and services. His business partner is a co-founder of a funeral home in the Ursyn\u00f3w district of Warsaw.<\/p>\n
Informants claim Habowski pressured families to use his business partner’s funeral home. Those who chose other providers reportedly faced harassment and significant obstacles in retrieving bodies or documentation.<\/p>\n
One woman reported being forced to walk past corpses during an identification process and being treated dismissively by Habowski after declining his services. Notably, death certificates at Southern Hospital are issued in the morgue, rather than the standard statistics or administrative departments.<\/p>\n
Zero.pl discovered that Habowski used the bodies of deceased patients for private training sessions on embalming and funeral preparation conducted on hospital premises without the families’ knowledge.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, Habowski allegedly posted graphic images of human remains on Instagram, many of which were flagged as disturbing content. Reports also suggest he attempted to rent out the hospital morgue as a film location, advertising his access to hearses and coffins on social media.<\/p>\n
Artur Habowski declined to answer questions, citing his status as an injured party in the ongoing prosecutor’s investigation.
