One survivor described being trapped by dense smoke, stating that he and others barricaded themselves in their apartment and waited on the balcony for about 10 minutes until firefighters rescued them with a ladder.<\/p>\n
Residents reported a sudden loss of electricity followed by fire alarms three minutes later, at which point smoke had already filled the hallways. Emergency services have warned neighbors to keep windows and doors closed and to turn off ventilation systems due to the hazardous smoke.<\/p>\n
