Youth populations under 14 are most concentrated in the Pomeranian, Lesser Poland, and Greater Poland regions, as well as suburban areas surrounding major cities. Nationwide, only 3 percent of municipalities reported a higher percentage of children than seniors.<\/p>\n
Foreigners account for nearly 6 percent of the total population, with Ukrainian citizens representing 73 percent of this group. The highest concentration of foreign residents is found in the Lower Silesian and Masovian voivodeships.<\/p>\n
Urban centers act as magnets for foreign nationals, with Wroc\u0142aw leading in foreign population share at 19.5 percent, followed by Warsaw at 14.5 percent, Pozna\u0144 at 12.5 percent, and Krak\u00f3w at 11.3 percent.<\/p>\n
