Putkiewicz emphasized the need for integrated solutions, such as a unified transport ticket for trains, buses, and subways across entire agglomerations. Without systematic investment, suburban rings cannot keep pace with the infrastructure demands of the capital.<\/p>\n
Dr. Monika Wiszy\u0144ska-Rakowska noted that significant disparities in public service access act as a primary push factor for migration. With 12 percent of the population having specific needs, the lack of local support for people with disabilities drives them toward larger cities.<\/p>\n
She pointed out that Poland\u2019s employment rate for people with disabilities remains near 30 percent\u2014far below the EU average of 50 percent\u2014often due to transport exclusion.
