Warsaw police officers have arrested a married couple and seized over 7.5 kilograms of various narcotics, along with three replica firearms and police uniforms, at a property in the city. <\/p>\n

The Raid on the Allotment Garden<\/h4>\n

Officers from the Department for Combating Crimes Against Property tracked a husband and wife suspected of storing significant quantities of illegal substances. Acting on intelligence, police raided an allotment garden site where the suspects were residing.<\/p>\n

Upon entry, the couple\u2014a 45-year-old woman and her 40-year-old husband\u2014were caught sleeping and subsequently detained. A search of the premises, a vehicle, and their separate residence in Praga Po\u0142udnie uncovered a vast cache of drugs.<\/p>\n

Stash of Narcotics and Tactical Gear<\/h4>\n

The seized inventory included over 4 kilograms of amphetamine, 1.3 kilograms of mephedrone, 1.7 kilograms of marijuana, 350 grams of THC, and 100 grams of MDMA. The drugs were stored in various containers and vacuum packs, with some hidden in a kitchen freezer.<\/p>\n

Beyond the narcotics, police confiscated three sets of training police uniforms and three replica handguns. Authorities also seized 7,750 PLN in cash from the 40-year-old male suspect.<\/p>\n

Charges and Legal Proceedings<\/h4>\n

Both individuals have been charged with possession of a significant quantity of narcotics. The male suspect faces these charges as a repeat offender.<\/p>\n

The District Prosecutor’s Office for Warszawa-Praga Po\u0142udnie requested the temporary arrest of both suspects, a motion which the court subsequently granted.
