The 14th pension is legally protected from garnishment or administrative execution by bailiffs and does not count toward income limits for social assistance or alimony calculations. Recipients can increase their net payout by submitting the EPD-21 form to ZUS if their total annual income for 2026 does not exceed 30,000 PLN gross.
