A witness on the scene intervened, preventing the driver from fleeing before law enforcement arrived.<\/p>\n<h4>Arrest and Legal Consequences<\/h4>\n<p>Police from Legionowo, Wieliszew, and Niepor\u0119t arrived to secure the scene. Breathalyzer tests confirmed the driver had approximately 2.9 promille of alcohol in his system. The man, who exhibited aggressive behavior, was transported to a detention facility in Legionowo.<\/p>\n<h4>Seizure and Prosecution<\/h4>\n<p>The suspect&#8217;s vehicle has been impounded and may be subject to permanent forfeiture to the State Treasury.
