He died on Monday, July 6.<\/p>\n<p>Born on June 6, 1951, Abramczyk co-founded the firm in 1994 in Bydgoszcz alongside his three brothers. Under their guidance, the company evolved into a leader in the Polish frozen fish and seafood market, sourcing products globally from regions including Southeast Asia, Northern Europe, and South America.<\/p>\n<h4>Corporate and Personal Impact<\/h4>\n<p>In a social media tribute, the company\u2019s management and family honored his contributions, noting that he was instrumental in shaping the firm&#8217;s values and character since its inception. They described him as a mentor and colleague who navigated years of challenges and successes with his team.<\/p>\n<p>Abramczyk led the firm as president for 12 years before stepping down, at which point his brother, Czes\u0142aw, took over the management of the company.<\/p>\n<h4>Funeral Arrangements<\/h4>\n<p>Funeral ceremonies are scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2026.
