Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General Waldemar \u017burek has formally requested information from the National Prosecutor regarding alleged fraudulent billing practices involving a neurosurgeon collective at the Mogilno hospital. <\/p>\n

Reports indicate that the hospital in Mogilno, located in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, was among those collaborating with the collective.<\/p>\n
According to reports, nurses on duty were required to participate in these procedures. Instrument nurses were reportedly paid an additional 300 to 450 PLN per month for their involvement.<\/p>\n
A physician testified during a trial involving the hospital that because the facility was reluctant to hire additional staff, nurses already on duty were utilized for these procedures despite their lack of willingness.<\/p>\n
Waldemar \u017burek addressed the matter on TVN 24, declaring that the situation must be clarified. He assured the public that if evidence of fraud is found, the prosecutor’s office will initiate formal proceedings to bring the responsible parties to court.<\/p>\n
