Poll: Polish Public Opinion on EU Exit After 2027
A recent SW Research poll, conducted for Onet, examined Polish public opinion regarding the possibility of Poland leaving the European Union after the 2027 parliamentary elections.
Nearly Half See Polexit as Unlikely
The poll reveals that 45.9% of respondents believe a “polexit” – Poland’s exit from the EU – is not a realistic scenario after the 2027 elections. Conversely, 29.9% of those surveyed hold the opposite view.
Significant Number Undecided
Notably, almost one-quarter (24.2%) of respondents expressed no opinion on the matter, according to Onet.
Methodology
The SW Research poll for Onet was conducted on March 25, 2026, using online interviews (CAWI – Computer-Assisted Web Interview) within the SW Panel internet panel. The study involved 811 completed questionnaires with a nationally representative sample of adults. A quota sampling method was employed to ensure the sample reflected the distribution of gender, age, and population size of the respondents’ place of residence. (PAP)
