Poland’s Ministry of Finance confirms KSeF 2.0 e-invoicing system is fully tested and ready for February 2026 launch.
System Tests Completed
The Ministry of Finance has announced that all tests for the Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF 2.0) have been completed, confirming the system meets all functional and technical requirements, load capacity, and security standards.
Support Services Available
Users can access a 24/7 hotline at 22 330 03 30 and 801 055 055 for assistance. Dedicated technical support is available via the KSeF form at https://ksef.podatki.gov.pl/formularz/ for entities integrating with or using the KSeF 2.0 environment.
Rollout Phases
The system will be implemented in stages, starting on February 1, 2026, for companies with turnover exceeding 200 million PLN in 2024. The second phase beginning April 1 will include other companies except the smallest ones, which will be covered starting January 1, 2027. The smallest companies are defined as those with monthly turnover not exceeding 10,000 PLN.
