Police received a report at the night of November 16‑17 that a resident of Sochaczew County had been assaulted in Kuznocin. A patrol was dispatched immediately.
Attack Details
Investigators found that the victim was in a garage when the two men entered. The younger suspect used a metal pipe during the assault. Fortunately, the victim suffered no serious injuries.
Arrests Made
The same morning, police arrested the first suspect, who was taken to the precinct. A few hours later, the second man was also detained.
Charges Filed
Both men faced charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and of threatening the victim. The 34‑year‑old faces up to five years in prison, while the 32‑year‑old faces up to eight years.
