How the Assault Unfolded
The victim was struck repeatedly on the face and torso, robbed of personal belongings, and subsequently abandoned in a semi‑conscious state wearing only underwear under a bridge.
Arrests and Evidence
Police quickly identified and detained five suspects, aged 16 and 17, who were on the victim’s acquaintance list. During searches of their residences, investigators recovered clothing with bloodstains linked to the assault.
Legal Proceedings
Four of the 17‑year‑olds were formally charged with robbery. The district court in Mokotów imposed a three‑month provisional detention on them. The 16‑year‑old suspect was placed in a juvenile shelter following the court’s decision.
