Violation of Court Order
During the pursuit, the driver committed several traffic violations, including creating a danger to other road users, forcing priority, improper overtaking maneuvers, and failing to yield to pedestrians.
It was determined that the man had a court-imposed ban on operating any mechanical vehicles, which according to police information was valid until December 12, 2026.
