Criminal police in Wawer district swiftly apprehended two men beating a third in a car with a hammer.

Police Response

Officers from the Wawer criminal police responded swiftly to a dangerous situation in a parked car. They noticed two men exiting a black BMW, one holding an object resembling a club. They entered a nearby white BMW, where police soon observed a struggle and heard screams.

The Incident

Police immediately discovered two men beating a third in the car using a hammer. Thanks to their swift, effective response, the situation was quickly contained. The victim refused to provide explanations or answer questions.

Arrests and Charges

All three men were detained. One attacker was wanted based on two arrest warrants and an apprehension warrant, with a total sentence of 2 years, 3 months and 15 days in prison. The victim was also wanted, with an arrest warrant for 15 days. The 35-year-old and 44-year-old suspects face charges of assault with a dangerous weapon.

Legal Proceedings

The Warsaw Praga-Południe District Prosecutor’s Office applied police supervision and prohibited the suspects from approaching or contacting the victim. The 44-year-old wanted by arrest warrants was placed in detention, as was the victim per his apprehension warrant. The case is supervised by the Warsaw Praga-Południe District Prosecutor’s Office.
