Polish Agriculture Minister tackled former minister Robert Telus’s claim about a farmland plot destined for CPK, labeling the claim unsubstantiated and announcing a forthcoming meeting on November 5.
Krajewski Responds to Telus Statement
On Sunday, November 2, Krajewski posted a reply on X that included the 15 November 2023 directive signed by Minister of Agriculture Robert Telus. The directive concerned appointing a representative for social dialogue over State Treasury farmland. Krajewski said he had read Telus’s statement and was heartbroken.
He questioned the former minister about the alleged threats linked to the management of State Treasury farmland and criticized the revocation of the representative on 14 November. He demanded accountability and promised the issue would be resolved.
Telus: No Knowledge
In a Sunday statement, Telus denied any awareness of the sale of plot 87/1 in Zabłotnia, claiming no signature appears on related documents and that the parcel lay more than 6 km away from the planned CPK route.
He argued that the land could be immediately purchased by the State without loss, and criticised the government for blocking CPK investment for nearly two years.
Meeting Scheduled for CPK Plot
On Wednesday, November 5, the National Agricultural Support Centre will meet with Deputy Chairman Piotr Wielgomasa to discuss the 160‑hectare parcel in Zabłotnia planned for the Central Transport Port.
The meeting will also involve the General Prosecutor’s Office and CPK representatives. The centre plans to resolve the matter amicably, emphasizing the owner’s voluntary consent for the sale.
