Driving Violations and Legal Status
Investigations showed Sławomir was driving a Ford Escape without a driver licence and was under the influence of alcohol, violating traffic regulations and the law on driving vehicles while intoxicated.
Discretionary Penalties and Restrictions
Along with the prison term, the court imposed a lifetime prohibition on operating any motor vehicle and a 10,000‑zloty payment to the Victim Assistance Fund and Post‑Penitentiary Assistance Fund.
