A Polish general accused Russia of potentially targeting Poland with incoming drones during recent airspace violations, saying, “Some of these drones could have been dedicated to Poland.”
General’s Analysis
Speaking on the recent Russian drone incursions, General Mirosław Różański stressed that “this is still testing of the system” and suggested that Poland should begin discussing the implications for NATO security.
He also highlighted the importance of Putin’s actions in probing NATO’s response to airspace violations, stating, “Today, we’ve given a clear signal, and here the Operational Command needs to be praised for deciding to start neutralizing such objects.”
Neutralization and Safer Defense
General Różański argued that neutralizing the threat posed by drones is essential, stating, “Security does not have a price. Carrying out war is a costly matter. If we, as society, are aware of how many billions we spend on security, then in the current situation, these arguments should not be raised.”
Dedication to Poland
The general also expressed that some drones might have been intentionally directed at Poland, saying, “There might have been some coordination. Some of these drones could have been dedicated to Poland.”
