Robert Ławniczak was last seen on Monday, January 26, in the town of Xaghra on the island of Gozo. Maltese police have published a photo of the 57-year-old and is appealing for information.

“If you have any information about this person, please contact us via private message or contact the General Police Headquarters, even anonymously, at number 21 224001/119 or with the nearest police station,” police stated.

Information from Acquaintance

More details about the missing person have emerged on the Gozo Community Facebook group. Ms. Paulina, an acquaintance of Mr. Ławniczak, confirmed that he lives in Xaghra and may be wearing a bright orange hoodie and a navy jacket.

Packed Backpack Found

The woman added that the man’s phones are turned off, his car remains in the garage, and a packed backpack was found at his home. She urged residents to search farm buildings in the Xaghra area where the 57-year-old might be staying.
