Prime Minister Donald Tusk commenced his visit to South Korea on Sunday, scheduling meetings with President Yoon Suk-yeol and representatives from Korean businesses.

The purpose of the visit to South Korea and Japan is to reinforce bilateral collaboration, focusing on security, defense, new technologies, and digitalization.

Discussions will also cover support for Ukraine, nuclear energy, supply chain security, and critical minerals.

Delegation Details

Accompanying the Prime Minister are Finance Minister Andrzej Domański, Agriculture Minister Stefan Krajewski, and representatives from Polish firms and institutions, including BGK and PFR.

Schedule in Seoul and Tokyo

In Seoul, Prime Minister Tusk will meet with President Yoon Suk-yeol, Prime Minister Kim Min-seok, and National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-shik. He will also engage with leading Korean companies and business associations.

On Monday evening, the Prime Minister will depart for Tokyo, where he is scheduled to meet with Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi and representatives from the Japanese Business Federation on Wednesday. The trip concludes on Wednesday.
