According to the Ministry of Security, the suspect breached the company’s information‑technology safeguards to obtain access to its data bases, and allegedly tampered with those data bases to disrupt the company’s operations and endanger client safety.

Legal Status of the Arrested

The suspect illegally crossed into Poland in 2022 and received refugee status in 2023. Police say the evidence collected during the investigation confirms that he acted without the company’s authorization or legal permission.
