A new poll conducted by IBRiS for Rzeczpospolita indicates a widening gap between the Civic Coalition and Law and Justice, while smaller parties struggle.
Civic Coalition Maintains Lead, Distance from Law and Justice Increases
The Civic Coalition remains the leading political force in the latest public opinion poll conducted by IBRiS for Rzeczpospolita. While its lead over the main rival is growing, a clear reshuffling is observed among smaller groups, which are beginning to play an increasingly important role in the balance of power.
The latest poll results suggest the Civic Coalition could secure 32 percent of the vote. This represents a slight decrease of 0.4 percentage points compared to the previous measurement, but still provides the group with a clear lead. Law and Justice would receive 23.2 percent support, a decrease of 1.3 percentage points, further widening the gap between the two parties.
Confederation Weakens, Smaller Parties Face Electoral Threshold Challenges
Konfederacja has secured third place with 12 percent, marking a decrease of 1.4 percentage points. This is another signal of the weakening of the group, which recently recorded significant growth.
The poll results show clear difficulties for some groups in maintaining stable support. The Polish People’s Party would be just below the electoral threshold with 4.4 percent, losing a symbolic 0.1 percentage points. Poland 2050 faces an even more pronounced decline, potentially securing only 0.5 percent of the votes, a loss of 1.3 percentage points.
Erosion of Poland 2050’s Support
Such low ratings for Poland 2050 may indicate a progressive erosion of the electorate and difficulties in maintaining political recognition in the face of strong polarization between the largest groups.
Razem Shows Strongest Growth
The Razem party recorded the largest growth in support, increasing its share from 2.9 percent to 4 percent. Although it remains below the electoral threshold, the increase of 1.1 percentage points is the highest among all groups included in the survey.
