Polish SWAT Agency Arrests “Oczko” at Warsaw’s Wilanow

Polish SWAT agency Central Bureau of Investigation (CBŚP) arrested a notorious figure in the 1990s Warsaw underworld, Marek “Oczko” M., at Warsaw’s Wilanow estate, related to illegal cigarette production.

Arrest of Mark M. “Oczko”

Officers from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBŚP) arrested Marek M., known by the pseudonym “Oczko,” at Warsaw’s Wilanow estate at Sarmacka Street on September 9, 2025. The arrestee was then transported to the Katowice prosecutor’s office.

Illegal Cigarette Production Case

The operation led by the CBŚP involved further proceedings related to the illegal production of tobacco products. Mark “Oczko” M. was moved to Katowice for additional procedural activities involving the prosecutor’s office.

1990s Criminal Activity

In the 1990s, Marek M. was a key figure in the Szczecin underworld. His group had connections to organized crime of the time and he spent approximately 15 years in prison and detention facilities.
