Legal Requirements for PPK Implementation
The Act of October 4, 2018 on employee capital plans (as amended, Journal of Laws of 2024, No. 427) imposes an obligation on certain employers to implement PPK. This necessitates signing a PPK management contract.
Additionally, for employees who opt to participate, contracts for conducting PPK must also be signed.
Voluntary Participation, Mandatory Obligations
While employee participation in PPK is voluntary, employers are legally required to fulfill their obligations under the law.
Public institutions, including the Polish Development Fund (PFR), supervise the proper implementation of these mandatory requirements.
