Data Protection Guidelines
The Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) clarified in its latest bulletin for data protection inspectors that Articles 150 and 151 of the Education Act directly specify what personal data must be included in preschool enrollment applications.
These regulations exclude parents’ PESEL numbers, while including the PESEL number of the applicant, which is the child.
