Prosecutor Details Brutal Attack on 84-Year-Old Woman in Pułtusk

Prosecutors in Pułtusk are investigating two men for the brutal attack on an 84-year-old woman who was beaten while intruders searched her home on March 30, 2026.

Home Invasion and Assault

On March 30, 2026, at approximately 3:30 p.m., an 84-year-old woman was performing gardening work on her property when two men entered her home and began searching the premises.

The suspects, identified as 27-year-old Wojciech K. and 43-year-old Paweł W., were interrupted when the victim, unaware of the intrusion, returned inside the house.

Violence and Demands

According to Prosecutor Elżbieta Edyta Łukasiewicz, the assailants brutally attacked the woman, kicking her throughout her body while demanding information regarding the location of her money.

The victim did not disclose the location of the funds before the attackers fled. As a result of the beating, the woman sustained an arm injury, facial bruising, and injuries across her entire body.

Legal Proceedings and Arrests

Following a police investigation, Wojciech K. was arrested and charged with attempted robbery against Natalia B. and causing bodily harm. The prosecution noted that the crime was committed under conditions of recidivism.

A court has ordered three months of temporary detention for Wojciech K., while similar charges are to be presented to Paweł W. upon his apprehension.
