The Prosecutor’s Office examined whether TVP S.A. “entered into an employment contract with an employee, then maintained fictional employment and paid a monthly salary.” TVP reported potential damages exceeding 1.5 million PLN. “The decision to close the investigation is not final due to an appeal by TVP S.A.’s liquidation representative,” stated Prosecutor Piotr A. Skiba of the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office.
