The Minister of Finance and Economy announces the introduction of minimal protection against homelessness for persons evicted from service housing under the administrative enforcement procedure act and special legislation.
Information about the planned changes has already appeared in the list of legislative works of the Council of Ministers.
Project Objective
The aim of the project is to equalize the level of protection for these persons with the protection granted to persons evicted based on the tenants’ rights act and the code of civil procedure.
The goal is to ensure that persons removed from apartments do not end up “on the streets”.
