Pruszków Survey and Debate on Proposed Night‑Time Alcohol Sale Ban

City of Pruszków’s mayor launches an online survey from 8‑29 Dec 2025, followed by a public debate on 8 Jan 2026, to let residents decide on restricting nighttime alcohol sales.

Proposal for Night‑Time Alcohol Sale Restrictions

Mayor Piotr Bąk has submitted a request for a public consultation on limiting the sale of alcoholic beverages during nighttime hours within the municipality. The proposal has received a favourable preliminary opinion from the social commission, and residents will ultimately decide the direction of any changes.

Public Consultation Launch

To gather citizen input, the city has opened a wide-reaching consultation that will rely on an online survey available to all interested parties.

How Citizens Can Participate

Residents can vote in the electronic questionnaire held from 8 to 29 December 2025. The form will be posted on the city’s website, where all key details and participation rules have been published.

Paper Copies Available

For those preferring traditional methods or lacking internet access, paper versions of the questionnaire will be distributed at several points across Pruszków.

Expert Debate Schedule

A social debate with experts is scheduled for 8 January 2026 at 17:30 in the municipal office’s conference room on Al. Armii Krajowej 46, 2nd floor. The session will review survey findings and present arguments for and against the proposed restrictions.

Next Steps

The city says the results of the consultation and the debate will form the basis for any future decisions regarding nighttime alcohol sales regulations. Residents’ participation is deemed crucial to shaping the final outcome.
