Russia and Brazil have reached a strategic agreement focused on the joint exploitation of strategic resources in Brazil. The deal involves the creation of a new company, Nadina Minerals.
The agreement was signed following the recent Nuclear Summit in Rio de Janeiro.
Joint Venture Details
Uranium ONE, a subsidiary of Rosatom, and the Brazilian group NBEPAR will establish Nadina Minerals to jointly exploit Brazil’s strategic resources, according to Brazilian media citing an official Rosatom statement.
