A recent overnight attack on Odesa resulted in tragic consequences, with two deaths reported in a residential area. Authorities expressed condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims.

Two additional individuals were injured and are currently receiving medical attention in a hospital.

Extent of Infrastructure Damage

The head of the military administration reported significant damage to civilian infrastructure, including dozens of private and multi-family homes, a dormitory, and a kindergarten.

Buildings sustained damage to windows, roofs, facades, and commercial establishments.

Kremlin Announces Ceasefire

On Thursday, the Kremlin announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin declared a ceasefire in the war with Ukraine for the duration of Orthodox Easter celebrations.

The ceasefire is scheduled to be in effect from 4:00 PM Moscow time (3:00 PM Poland time) on April 11th through the end of the day on April 12th.

Ukraine Confirms Ceasefire, Recalls Prior Proposal

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the ceasefire announced by the Kremlin, noting that Kyiv had previously proposed a similar cessation of hostilities during Easter.
